Help Military Veterans and Their Familes
Very few people in this world willingly risk and sacrifice their own lives in order to protect the lives of others. The U.S. military veteran in one of those people
The Fallen Heroes Memorial was established in 2011 as a small community-oriented charity dedicated to assisting the children and families of United States military veterans who have been either severely disabled or killed in action while serving their country, their communities, and their friends and families. Since our very first event, our organization has played a role in assisting multiple families who otherwise would not have received assistance.
Our approach is different than most other charitable organizations. There are literally dozens (if not hundreds) of other very worthwhile charities that are dedicated to helping military veterans and their families. Our goal is not to compete against these charities, but rather further support them in their efforts to provide assistance to those veterans in need.
We donate every penny of profit to a variety of charitable organizations whose goals and values are similar to ours - to assist military veterans and their families. By working together we are able to accomplish more, as opposed to competing against one another and dividing our efforts. In addition, it is particularly important to us to provide support to the children of military veterans who have been either severely disabled or lose their lives while serving our country.
To paraphrase a quote by John F. Kennedy: "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." It is this very sentiment that lies at the foundation of the Fallen Heroes Memorial. It is our mission and our duty to provide support and assistance to our military veterans past, present and future. All of us - every American Citizen - owe our military veterans a debt of gratitude, and this is our way of trying to repay the debt, even though it can never fully be repaid.
Any American Citizen can play a role in supporting our military veterans. We accept donations of any amount, and we are always interested in working with volunteers and event organizers who want to help support our cause.
